The Call You Trust Could be a Scam

70%
About 70% of scam calls in the U.S. use number spoofing.
Many seniors protect themselves by ignoring calls from unknown numbers. But scammers have adapted.
According to Keepnet Labs, about 70% of scam calls use "Caller ID spoofing", a technique where criminals disguise their number to appear as someone you trust — like your bank, utility company, or even a family member. So when your phone shows a call from a familiar number, it could still be a scammer.
My Phone Already Labels Some Calls as "Likely Spam" or "Likely Scam"
Some phone carriers maintain lists of known spam and scam numbers to block or flag suspicious calls. But scammers easily bypass this by spoofing Caller IDs and constantly rotating through new phone numbers, making their calls appear legitimate.
These blocking systems work well against telemarketers and repeat spam calls, but they miss the dangerous scams that impersonate your bank, government agencies, or family members.
OnGuardAI goes beyond these traditional methods by analyzing calls in real-time to detect fraud before it's too late.

Privacy and Security:
Our Commitment to You
At OnGuardAI, we understand that privacy is a top concern, especially when it comes to the sensitive nature of phone calls and personal conversations. We take your trust seriously and want to assure you that protecting your privacy is at the heart of everything we do.
How OnGuardAI Works
When you use OnGuardAI, we use advanced AI to detect scams in real-time across voice calls, voicemails and face-to-face conversations. Here’s how we keep your data safe:
Ephemeral Processing
All scam detection happens in real-time as your call unfolds. We don't store recordings or transcriptions of your conversations. The audio analysis occurs in the background during the call, but no conversation data is retained afterward.
Metadata Storage
We never store call recordings or transcripts, only metadata such as call duration, caller ID, scam flag indicators and your feedback when you mark a flagged call as safe. This helps us improve detection accuracy and service quality. All metadata is stored securely with privacy as a priority.
User Control
You have complete control over the scam detection process. If at any time you decide you don't want OnGuardAI to monitor a call, you can simply cancel the analysis with the press of a button for the duration of that call.
Security First
We prioritize the highest security standards to ensure your data is always processed securely. Whether it’s your voice data or metadata, everything is handled with encryption and privacy protection built-in, so your information remains confidential and safeguarded.
Your Peace of Mind is our Priority

At OnGuardAI, we believe in transparency. We want you to feel empowered and secure when using our service. Our goal is to protect you from scams, not compromise your privacy. If you ever have questions or concerns about how we handle your data, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
